Diamond Property Development prides itself on a high quality building service for every client.

Founded in 2016 by Ben Jones, who started a career as a carpenter in 1999, Diamond Property Development aims to provide a reliable, first rate building construction service. The overriding focus is to deliver high quality work and maximum customer satisfaction. Whilst we are primarily concerned with building construction, we often work as part of a coordinated local team of qualified building professionals who you may wish to engage to design, prepare plans, apply for Planing Permission and ensure compliance with the Building Regulations on your behalf. Or we can work with your own Architect, Chartered Surveyor or Structural Engineer if you prefer.

How can we help you?

  • Diamond recently completed a single storey rear extension to our house, extending the old kitchen into a new kitchen/family room. We chose Diamond on the basis of a similar project they had completed nearby, and glowing recommendations from the owners. We have been delighted by our choice of builder. Ben, Dean, and the team have done a great job. Being in the construction business myself (though not housebuilding) I was probably not the easiest of clients, but Ben was always happy to discuss and explain what was being done and to take on any comments we might have. The team were always hard working, reliable, and considerate, and the work was completed to a very good standard and on budget. All in all we are really happy with the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend Ben & Co to others.

Diamond Property Development care about our environment. Wherever possible we try to
use locally sourced goods, eco friendly products and sustainable materials. For example, we
prefer to limit the use of plastics which depend on oil for production and which pose an
increasing worry for pollution of the planet, in particular, the oceans. Whereas timber, for
example, is sustainable and aluminium can be readily recycled at the end of life.
